Cope signs with SMC

Liberty’s Samantha Cope will take her talents on the volleyball court to the next level. Cope signed last week to play college volleyball at Spartanburg Methodist. During her time as a Liberty Red Devil, Cope was a three-year starter. She earned the title if most valuable offensive player at LHS during her junior and senior seasons. Cope was a Region I-AA All-Region Player this season and was named to the Class AA All-State team. Cope also represented Liberty playing on the North All-Stars team in the North-South All-Star game. Cop is pictured with her parents, Cindy and Robert, along with LHS head coach Carla Simpson, assistant coach C.J. Smith and Spartanburg Methodist coach Megan Aiello.
