You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Termination of Parental Rights Complaint which can be obtained at the Pickens Family Court Clerk’s Office, docket 2017-DR-39-1114 in this action and to serve a copy of your answer to the Complaint, upon the subscriber, Attorney Robert Clark at 5409 Augusta Road, Greenville, SC 29605 within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service. If you fail to answer the Complaint, within that time, the Plaintiff(s) will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint and a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
