In the state of South Carolina, trespass after notice is a misdemeanor criminal offense prohibited by section 16-11-620 for the South Carolina Code.

Jock White, owner of Jock White Collision Repair Shop, receives a letter of appreciation from Pickens American Legion Post 11 sergeant at arms Rick Noyce for his support of the Legion.
