Our future sister city in Germany?

According to the German National Tourist Board, which is “Green Globe certified” and works internationally to promote Germany as a travel destination, Karlsruhe is a “forward-thinking, cultured city.”

Furthermore, it touts Karlsruhe as a “city without walls, open to friends and visitors, tolerant and liberal.”
