PAUL GORBY; TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($2,390.00) IN US CURRENCT, Civil Action No. 2013-CP-39-1188, Filed September 23, 2014 with the Pickens County Clerk of Court, located at 214 East Main Street, Pickens, South Carolina 29671, and seeking forfeiture of defendant TWO THOUSND THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($2,390.00) IN US CURRENCY. Because Plaintiff has been unable to locate HEIRS AND/OR NEXT OF KIN TO PAUL GORBY, this Court has ORDERED that HEIRS AND/OR NEXT OF KIN TO PAUL GORBY be served by publication of this Notice once each week for three weeks in The Pickens County Courier newspaper and that HEIRS AND/OR NEXT OF KIN TO PAUL GORBY must appear or plead with the Pickens County Clerk of Court within 30 days after the last publication date of the Notice.
