The annual Blue Ridge Electric Co-op tree lighting was held Tuesday evening despite rain in the area. The event was moved inside due to the weather. Tri-County Technical College president Dr. Ronnie Booth, pictured above left with Blue Ridge CEO Charles Dalton, was given the honor of lighting the tree this year.
