NORRIS — The Town of Norris invites everyone to attend its annual Fun Festival this Saturday.
The festival will be held at the Norris Recreational Park, located on S.C. 137, just off of S.C. 93 in Norris.
The first-ever Norris Fun Fest, sponsored by the town, will be held May 12 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. This will be a great family event that will include live entertainment all day, cake walks, games with prizes, inflatables, sack races, a hula hoop contest, door prizes, and Thomas the Train rides.
Admission and kids’ activities are free, however everyone is encouraged to bring a couple of canned good items which will be donated to the local Golden Harvest Food Bank.
There will be private vendors onsite selling a variety of foods, arts, crafts and much more. Come out and bring the entire family and enjoy a day of fun, food, and entertainment. Some chairs will be provided, however if you would like to bring your lawn chair, that is encouraged.
