The Easley Green Wave will play their annual spring football Green and White game this Friday night at 7 p.m. at historic Brice Field. Coming off a stellar 11-2 season last year, the Green Wave look to improve in year three of the Chad Smith era. Admission to Friday night’s game will be free, and a free souvenir will be presented to the first 50 kids at the gate. The Green Wave, who are sporting a new-look helmet for the 2012 season, will be playing in a new stadium come this fall, as EHS students move into a new school. In addition, Easley will scrimmage with the nationally ranked Gaffney Indians this August.
