UPSTATE — Ashley Burton, a paramedic from Westminster, won a Starweld Bassboat made by Starcraft and valued at more than $36,000 on Saturday through a promotion created by Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Lake Keowee Ford.
