PICKENS — A Pickens County man was sentenced to 22 years in prison after he pleaded guilty last week to sexual misconduct and exploitation charges involving a minor.

The 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office announced Feb. 21 that Troy Calhoun Fulmer, 67, of Lake Circle Road in Marietta, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual misconduct with a minor and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Judge
