PICKENS — The city of Pickens’ annual spring and summer concert series will continue next week and run through the beginning of September.

The free events, which will be held at the amphitheater at 114 W. Main St., will run from 7-9 p.m.

The Jake Bartley Band will headline the city’s annual Independence Day celebration on Wednesday, July 4, and Jack Greer will take the stage on July 7. On July 20, Sweet Potato Pie
