NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.
Prior to the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
The following case will be heard:
1. BOA-19-0004 Request for a special exception variance from the county total maximum size allowances for wall signs. The property is located at 1470 Smith Grove Road. Applicant and property owner of record is Reliable Automatic Sprinkler.

PUBLIC NOTICE
On November 25, 2011, W253BG was granted a license by the Federal Communications Commission to serve the public interest as a public trustee until December 1, 2019. Our license will expire on December 1, 2019. We filed an application for license renewal with the FCC on July 29, 2019. A copy of this application is available for inspection at www.fcc.gov. It contains information concerning the station’s performance over the last 8 years.
Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating to our renewal application, and to whether this station has operated in the public interest, should file comments and petitions with the FCC by November 1, 2019.
