Inside ‘The Donut Hole’
Husband and wife team Mike Hine and Batina Koepke, owners of the tremdously popular You Drive Me Glazy donut and ice cream shop on East Main Street in Pickens, recently held the grand opening of “The Donut Hole,” an outdoor donut dining patio on the back side of their Main Street shop. The beautiful addition to their business gives customers the chance to social distance and enjoy the huge variety of donuts and ice cream the couple offers in the fresh open air on the deck. The addition of “The Donut Hole” was made possible by the Pickens Revitalization Association’s Main Street Challenge competition. You Drive Me Glazy was awarded $10,000 for the project. You Drive Me Glazy is located at 317 E. Main St. in Pickens and is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 2-7 p.m. on Sunday.
