Code Section 57-9-10, et. seq., for abandonment of a portion of Dean Street, a roadway owned and maintained by the City of Pickens. The portion of Dean Street to be abandoned is identified as 6,932 sq. ft. of a 50 foot wide right of way. Said area is 0.16 acres and bordered on the northeast by property owned by Ace Sales Consultations, Inc. identified by Tax Map Parcel No. 4180-00-49-5522; and bordered on the northwest by property owned by Richard Tillies and Joanna Tillies identified by Tax Map Parcel No.: 4180-00-45-5654; and, bordered on the southeast by property owned by Lisa Neel and John Neel identified by Tax Map Parcel No. 4180-00-49-7501.
