Clemson holds in-state tuition

CLEMSON — For a third year in a row, Clemson University is freezing tuition rates for South Carolina residents.
At a special called meeting of the school’s board of trustees Friday, officials voted not to increase in-state or graduate school tuition, but did increase out-of-state rates by 2.5 percent. The average housing rate will increase by 3
