Jamie D. Thomas, Plaintiff, v. Dorothy Carol Walters; Midland Funding, LLC; Pickens County Treasurer; Pickens County Delinquent Tax Collector, and Defendants unknown claiming any Right, title, estate, interest in or Lien upon the real estate described in the Complaint, being as a class designated as John Doe, and any such unknown infants or persons under disability being as a class designated as Richard Roe, Defendants.

TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED:

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint upon the subscribers, at their office, 1606 Blue Ridge Blvd. Seneca, SC 29672 within thirty (30) days, after service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint in the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that should you fail to answer the foregoing Summons, the Plaintiff will move for a general Order of Reference in this case to the Master-in-Equity of Anderson County, which Order shall, pursuant to Rule 53 of the South Carolina Rule of Civil Procedure, specifically provide that a Master-in-Equity is authorized and empowered to enter a final judgment in this case and any appeal from the final judgment entered herein to be made directly to the Supreme Court.
TO ANY MINOR DEFENDANT UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS: and to the person with whom he resides,
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to apply for the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent you in this action within thirty (30) days after service hereof upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail, application for such appointment will be made by the Plaintiff herein.
TO ANY INFANTS OVER FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND IMPRISONED PERSONS:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to apply for the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent you in this action within thirty (30) days after service hereof upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail, application for such appointment will be made by the Plaintiff herein.
TO ANY INFANT(S) UNDER THE AGE OF FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE (INCOMPETENT OR INSANE) AND TO THE GENERAL OR TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN, COMMITTEE WITH WHOM (S)HE (THEY) RESIDE(S):

YOU ARE FURTHER SUMMONED and required to apply for the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent said infant(s) under fourteen years said incompetent or insane person) in this action within thirty (30) days after service hereof upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail, application for such appointment will be made by the Plaintiff herein.
