Second half slip dooms Red Devils against Eastside

TAYLORS — After suffering its first loss of the 2022 season against Blue Ridge, Liberty tried to get back in the win column last week, but the Eastside Eagles had other plans.
The Eagles’ effective rushing attack and the Red Devils’ own turnovers in the second half were too much for Liberty to overcome at the end of the night, as they lost 38-13 to drop to 1-2 on the year.
