NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the original Summons and Complaints in both of the above-referenced civil actions were filed in the Pickens Magistrate Court, South Carolina on June 12, 2024.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear in Civil Action No. 2024-CV-39-10101646 before the Magistrate Judge on November 13, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Pickens County Magistrate, 310 West Main Street (Hwy 93), Liberty, SC 29657 to answer the Affidavit and Complaint in Claim and Delivery filed by the Plaintiff, alleging that you are in the wrongful and unlawful possession of the personal property described in the Affidavit and Complaint in Claim and Delivery. You are required to contact the court to determine the date and time for this court hearing.  You are required to appear to answer this Affidavit and Complaint in Claim and Delivery, or judgment will be given against you by default for the possession of said personal property or in the event possession cannot be had for the value thereof together with other damages sought in the Affidavit and Complaint in Claim and Delivery, and the costs and disbursement of this action.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear and defend by answering the Complaint in Civil Action No. 2024-CV-39-10101647, a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to file a copy of your Answer, or to appear to state your answer and have it reduced to writing, in the Pickens County Magistrate, 310 West Main Street (Hwy 93), Liberty, SC 29657 within (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint and Itemization of Account filed herein.

COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE
Plaintiff states:
1. Plaintiff has been a resident of Michigan for at least 180 days and of Wayne County for at least 10 days immediately preceding the filing of this complaint.
2. The parties were legally married in the City of Detroit, County of Wayne, State of Michigan on January 22, 2016.
3. Plaintiff is not pregnant.
4. Plaintiff’s complete name before this marriage was ELSA MARGARITA LOPEZ and is now ELSA MARGARITA SUSTAYTA.  Defendant’s complete name before this marriage was JESUS SUSTAYTA OLMEDO and remains the same.
5.  The parties have not lived together for several years.
6. There are no assets or debts to be divided as each party has been living independently for several years.
6. There has been a breakdown of the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to
a. grant a judgment of divorce;
b. enter an order that awards each party the items in his or her possession; and,
e. award any such other relief as this Honorable Court deems fair and just in light of the circumstance.
