Easley mayor helps woman raise awareness of rare heart condition

EASLEY — A local woman is raising awareness about a condition many people might not know about.
Hannah Byers, 31 years old at the time she spoke to the Courier on Feb. 19, has already suffered multiple heart attacks and has learned she has spontaneous coronary artery dissection, also known as SCAD.
