PICKENS — Evangelist Senior Pastor John P. Wright and  his wife, Associate Pastor Sharon E. Wright said they felt led by the Lord to replant Jesus Now More Than Ever Ministry in Pickens.

The ministry comes to the Upstate of South Carolina from Upstate New York and is located approximately one mile south of Walmart in Pickens towards Easley.

Jesus Now More Than Ever Ministry is a non-denominational fully Gospel-preaching church.

Their focus is the preaching and teaching of the message of the Cross, the Wrights said.

The pastors have been licensed and ordained for 18 years. In 2009 they became ordained under World Evangelism Fellowship, Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, when they had a revelation from the word of God, that for the most part many Believers aren’t hearing the full “Counsel of God” preached.

Both pastors bring forth anointed worship music utilizing hymns and Southern Gospel songs, with messages of Jesus Christ, Him Crucified, and His soon and coming return.

They invite you to join Sunday morning services, at 10 a.m., and/or worship and Bible study Thursday evenings, at 7 p.m.
