Laurel Hill becomes Manna Health & Rehab of Pickens

PICKENS — A new owner, Olive Leaf Holding Company, acquired Laurel Hill Living Center on December 29, and renamed it Manna Health & Rehab of Pickens, LLC.

The acquisition was part of a larger portfolio previously known as HMR Advantage Health Systems. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Easley, HMR has built a superior reputation for improving quality of life for seniors, from post-operative therapy to long-term skilled nursing.

Olive Leaf acquired 21 facilities located in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, as part of this acquisition. The addition of these 21 facilities enhances the Olive Leaf platform in the southeast and provides key access to ancillary opportunities through specialized rehab, assisted living, long-term care and hospice operations.

Olive Leaf has positive plans for the future of Manna Health & Rehab of Pickens, LLC to offer its residents, families and visitors. There will be improvements to the family/visitor friendly environment to include quality of life enhancements such as a Movie Theatre, Club Room, Chapel, and a Garden Room. The residents will also enjoy a variety of choices in the new fine dining program and specialized therapy programs that will be in the future plans.

Manna Health & Rehab of Pickens, LLC is excited to be a part of the community. The facility invites you for coffee and a tour to introduce you to the newly owned facility. Visit the facility at 716 East Cedar Rock Street, Pickens or call to schedule a tour at (864) 878-4739.
