LIBERTY — Junior Dakota Barrett had a big night for the Liberty Red Devils baseball squad at Carolina High last Tuesday night.

Barrett pitched the Devils to a 16-0 win over the Trojans, throwing 11 strikeouts. On the offensive side, Barrett hit for the cycle with a 5-for-5 effort including a single, two doubles, a triple and a home run.
The Devils dropped a 13-6 decision to Pendleton Friday night, and played at Palmetto Tuesday night, with results unavailable at press time.
