Dale Holloway running for District 6 county council seat
DACUSVILLE — Dale Holloway has announced his candidacy for District 6 on the Pickens County Council. District 6 runs along the eastern part of the county from Crosswell above Easley and the Dacusville area.
Holloway is a life-long resident of Dacusville, and knows the community has been good to him, his children and grandchildren. He lives on the family farm with his wife, Tamara Holloway, who is a teacher at Crosswell Elementary School and has worked for the Pickens

Sweet Potato Pie Kids to play at Rhythm on the River event

Robson named next West End Elementary principal
EASLEY — The School District of Pickens County has found a replacement for long-time East End Elementary Dr. Angie Garrison from within the district.
