NORRIS — The Central High School Class of 1955 celebrated its 67th year reunion at the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church Norris with a brunch, with two members of the class — Jean Gillespie and Kathlyn Albertson — preparing the food.

There were 44 students in the graduating class. There are 27 who are deceased. A table was set up with individual pictures of the deceased, along with a candle lit at the beginning of the reunion by Gwen Gilstrap in memory of the lost classmates.

Throughout the class’ school years, four scrapbooks were made beginning with pictures when the classmates were babies or small children.
