• Ash Wednesday pancake supper set
Lawrence Chapel United Methodist Church will host its annual Ash Wednesday pancake supper and service on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Supper is planned from 5:30-6:45 p.m., followed by the service at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

• ELC of Easley to install new pastor
Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Easley will celebrate the ordination and installation of Pastor Chris Gibson on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 3 p.m. Gibson comes to Emmanuel from serving as full-time assistant professor of counseling psychology at Toccoa Falls College. Emmanuel is located at 101 East 1st Ave. in Easley.
All are welcome to attend the service and share in the fellowship time afterward. Gibson will serve Emmanuel with church services each Sunday morning at 10 a.m., as well as midweek Lenten services beginning with Ash Wednesday on Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. For more information, call (864) 326-8538.
• NA meetings set around county
Narcotics Anonymous has several meetings scheduled around Pickens County.
The “Pioneers of Change” group has open meetings in Clemson every Sunday at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Clemson. The church is located at 397 College Ave.
The group “Chock Full of Nuts” has open meetings in Easley every Wednesday starting at 7 p.m. at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, located at 1200 Powdersville Road.
“Clean and Serene Sisters” has open meetings in Pickens every Thursday at 5 p.m. at the Behavioral Health Services Building at 318 E. Main St.
“The NA Way” has open meetings in Liberty on Thursday at 7 p.m. The meetings are held at Liberty United Methodist Church, located at 310 Mae St.
“New Hope” has open candlelight meetings in Pickens every Saturday starting at 7 p.m. The meeting are held at Grace United Methodist Church, located at 309 E. Cedar Rock St.
The meeting is in the basement. Use the outside stairs off the rear parking lot.

• Faith ‘Get Healthy’ meetings to resume
Getting Healthy Together meetings will resume for the new year on Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m., at Faith Lutheran Chapel, located at 729 W. Main St. in Pickens. Discussions focus on what we can do to improve our health. The group is open to the community. Feel free to bring your lunch and eat during the meeting.
• Pickens Lions plan meetings each month
The Pickens Lions Club is in need of new members. The club meets the first and third Thursday of every month at Pizza Inn in Pickens.
Dinner begins at 6:40 p.m., and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. Meetings are open to anyone interested in joining the club or simply finding out more about the club and how it serves Pickens.
