PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT an action involving real property known as 127 Harvey Road, in which you may have an interest, has been commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Pickens County, South Carolina and that, by Order of the Clerk of Court filed therein on , Kelley Yarborough Woody, Esquire has been appointed as the attorney to represent any unknown Defendants that may be in the military service represented by the class designated as John Doe and Guardian ad Litem Nisi for all minors and persons under legal disability as a class designated as Richard Roe, Defendants herein.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, unless you or someone on your behalf apply to the Court for appointment of a suitable person to act as Attorney or Guardian ad Litem herein, within thirty (30) days after service by publication of this Notice, the appointment of Kelley Yarborough Woody, Esquire as Guardian ad Litem shall be made absolute.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Pamela G. Turner to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. dated May 9, 2011, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County on May 11, 2011 at 1:42 pm in Book 4314 at Page 38 The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage and the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of making thereof and at the time of the filing of the Lis Pendens, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”.

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, located about 6 miles southeast of Easley, S.C. and being designated and shown as No. 16 on plat of T. Craig Keith, Surveyor, dated July 25, 1968, reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description and being thereon more fully described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING on iron pin on road, which point is common comer of Lots 16 and 17; thence along common line of Lots 16 and 17, North 84.30 East 215 feet; thence South 4- 05 East 149 feet; thence South 84-05 West 250 feet; thence along common line of Lots 15 and 16, North 4-05 West 115 feet; thence along an arc of 25 foot radius on approximate course North 39-43 East 54.3 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
This being the same property conveyed by deed from Laura H. Payne to Pamela G. Turner and Charles T. Turner, recorded in Deed Book 13-K at Page 800 on May 23, 1978 in the Pickens County Register of Deeds Office. Charles T. Turner subsequently conveyed his 1/2 interest in the property to Pamela G. Turner by deed recorded March 6, 1998 in Book 415 at Page 205 in the Pickens County Register of Deeds Office.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.
Prior to the regular meeting and public hearing, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the following items:
1. LU-20-0001 Land Use request for 280 unit, multi-family residential development at 4215 Calhoun Memorial Highway (US 123), Easley. The proposed development is located on approximately 19.3 acres. The applicant is Wheelwright, LLC, Ray Billings. The property owner of record is JJSC Easley, LLC.
