LIS PENDENS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending with regards to real property located in Pickens County, South Carolina owned by Plaintiff. The real property is described as follows:
ALL that tract or parcel of land in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, shown and designated as 4.47 acres, more or less, on plat entitled “Plat Prepared for Martha D. Garrens”, dated November 23, 1987, made by Michael L. Henderson, RLS, and recorded in Plat Book 33 at Page 49A.
