A prior court action within the jurisdiction of the circuit court’s family division involving the parties who are the subject of this complaint has been previously filed in this court and has been dismissed due to lack of service.  The prior case number was 24-101266-DO and was assigned to Judge Mary Beth Kelly.

COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE
Plaintiff states:
1. Plaintiff has been a resident of Michigan for at least 180 days and of Wayne County for at least 10 days immediately preceding the filing of this complaint.
2. The parties were legally married in the City of Detroit, County of Wayne, State of Michigan on January 22, 2016.
3. Plaintiff is not pregnant.
4. Plaintiff’s complete name before this marriage was ELSA MARGARITA LOPEZ and is now ELSA MARGARITA SUSTAYTA.  Defendant’s complete name before this marriage was JESUS SUSTAYTA OLMEDO and remains the same.
5.  The parties have not lived together for several years.
6. There are no assets or debts to be divided as each party has been living independently for several years.
6. There has been a breakdown of the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to
a. grant a judgment of divorce;
b. enter an order that awards each party the items in his or her possession; and,
e. award any such other relief as this Honorable Court deems fair and just in light of the circumstance.

PUBLIC NOTICE
American Towers LLC is proposing to construct a 177-ft self-support telecommunications tower at 401 Hampton Avenue, Pickens, Pickens County, SC, Tax Parcel Number 4181-16-93-5143. The new tower will not be lit and the tower facility will include a 40-ft by 40-ft lease area and associated easements, along with a 30ft buffer surrounding the lease area.  American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Interested persons may comment or raise concerns about the proposed action by submitting an e-mail to enviro.services@americantower.com. Paper comments can be sent to: American Towers LLC, Attn: Environmental Compliance, 10 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA 01801. Requests or comments should be limited to environmental and historic/cultural resource impact concerns and must be received on or before 11/15/2024. This invitation to comment is separate from any local planning/zoning process that may apply to this project.
