BY VIRTUE of a judgment heretofore granted in the case of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. vs. Amy C. Marshall nka Amy C. Hester, I, R. Murray Hughes Special Referee for Pickens County , will sell on November 4, 2019, at 11:00 am, at the Pickens County Courthouse, 214 E. Main Street, Pickens, SC 29671, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land together with all improvements located thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 10-A, containing 1.674 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled “Boundary Survey for Richard C. Masters”, prepared by Stephen R. Edwards & Associates, Inc., dated June 10, 2009 and recorded in the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Plat Book 593 at Page 309 and having such metes and bounds as shown thereon, reference to said plat being made for a more complete description.
Also included on the above-referenced real property is a manufactured home described as follows:
MAKE: CMH MODEL: Heartlander YEAR: 2008 VIN: CAP023004TNAB – the mobile/manufactured home has been converted and/or transmuted from personal property into real property subject to the lien of the Plaintiff’s mortgage
This being the same property conveyed unto Amy C. Marshall by deed of Richard C. Masters and Phillip E. Masters by attorney-in-fact Richard C. Masters and Richard E. Shirley dated July 14, 2009 and recorded July 22, 2009 in Book 1264 at Page 256 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County.

SUBJECT TO PICKENS COUNTY TAXES
TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Special Referee at conclusion of the bidding, five (5%) of his bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, the same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff’s debt in the case of noncompliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at the time of the bid or comply with the other terms or the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Special Referee may resell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at the risk of the former highest bidder).
Should the Plaintiff, or one of its representatives, fail to be present at the time of sale, the property is automatically withdrawn from said sale and sold at the next available sales day upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or any Supplemental Order.
No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
NOTICE: The foreclosure deed is not a warranty deed. Interested bidders should satisfy themselves as to the quality of title to be conveyed by obtaining an independent title search well before the foreclosure sale date.
The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from the date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 8.75% per annum.

Farmer, I, the Special Referee for Pickens County, will sell on Monday, November 4, 2019, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., at the Pickens County Courthouse, Pickens, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, shown and designated as Lot No. 6 of Skyview Meadows, on a plat entitled, “Survey for Roberta K. Barth,” dated April 19, 1990, prepared by Robert R. Spearman, Surveyor, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Pickens County in Plat Book 38 at Page 323, reference to said plat being hereby made for a more complete, accurate, and particular description, and according to said plat being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Purchaser shall pay for preparation of deed, documentary stamps on the deed, and recording of the deed. All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, being known and designated as Lot 244 on a plat of Whispering Pines dated January 1, 1971 and revised April 12, 1972, prepared by Piedmont Engineers & Architects recorded in the ROD Office for Pickens County in Plat Book 17, at Page 300, and more recently shown on a survey prepared by Robert R.
