NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.

Prior to the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.

The following cases will be heard:

1. BOA-20-0008 Request for a special exception variance from the county lakeshore minimum setback standards. Property is located at 236 Palmer Way, Sunset, Lot G-28, of the Reserve at Lake Keowee. The applicant is Mark A. McGough and the property owner of record is the Mark and Karen McGough Joint Living Trust.
