NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.

Prior to the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.

The following case will be heard:

1. BOA-18-0007 Request for a special exception variance from the county lakeshore minimum setback standards. Property is located at 109 Wildfern Court, Six Mile, Lot 43, of the Landing at Keowee Springs.
