You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint in this action a copy of which is attached hereto and herewith served upon you; and to serve a copy of your answer to this Complaint upon the subscriber at: Law Offices of Daniel E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action to quiet title has been commended within Twenty (20) days, in the Pickens County Court of Common Pleas upon Petition of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants for an action as to determination rights and quiet title of real property located in Pickens County, South Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel, or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, located about 10 miles Northeast of Pickens, and containing 5 acres, more or less, and being found on the North and West by property of Evie L. Barnes; bounded on the East by Harry D. Edens; bounded on the South by Oolenoy Church  Road.
The above is that identical property conveyed to Norbert H. Crabtree and Taylor M. Bridges by Deed of Norbert H. Crabtree, dated August 22, 2022, recorded November 2, 2022, in Deed Book 2469, at page 150, Office of the Register of Deeds, Pickens County, South Carolina.
This property is subject to any and all existing rights-of-way for roads, utilities and other easements that may appear of record and/or on the premises.

Mangum , owned an interest, said property located at  308 Oolenoy Church Rd,  Pickens, South Carolina,   bearing  Pickens County, South Carolina Tax Identification Number:5115-00-24-1859.  The property was purchased at a tax sale by the predecessor in title of the current owners, the Plaintiffs herein.

Pursuant to the South Carolina Eminent Domain Procedure Act, Section 28-2-70(c), Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, notice is hereby given that entry by personnel of the South Carolina Department of Transportation will be made in the area of the roads described below for such purposes as topographic surveys, subsurface exploration, environmental related studies, and for the gathering of any other data necessary for the planning, design, property acquisition, and construction of a bridge replacement.
The project extends along SC 183 (Farrs Bridge Rd) from SC 135 to US 25 approximately 5.2 miles Northeast of Easley. Improvements may include, but are not limited to, the replacement of the old bridge and roadway improvements approaching the bridge.
