Upon thirty days after the date of the last advertisement if no claim of interest is made and the watercraft/outboard motor has not been reported stolen, SCDNR shall issue clear title.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.
Due to the building being closed to the public, general public comments and comments during the respective public hearings will be taken via telephone and live teleconference. Comments can be submitted by calling 864-898-5956 and leaving a voice mail or by calling in to the teleconference (1-800-753-1965, Access Code: 8985946) @ 6:30pm the night of the meeting.
