NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to have title to real property quieted in the name of Plaintiff. The real property which is subject of this action is described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvement thereon, if any, lying and being located in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot 39, Section W, The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, according to a plat of The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Subdivision, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, in Plat Book 279 at Pages 9 and 10, and having the metes and bounds, courses and distances as upon said plat appear.
This being the same property conveyed to Jeffrey P. Crouch by deed of Ralph Guarino, Jr., Delinquent Tax Collector of Pickens County, dated December 17, 2019 and recorded December 19, 2019 in Deed Book 2120 at Page 285 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina.

The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 25th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.
