NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action will be commenced in this Court upon the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for the foreclosure of that certain Mortgage of Real Estate given by Eddie Talley, Jr. a/k/a Eddie Talley (now deceased) and the Defendant Patricia Talley to the Plaintiff, its successors and assigns, dated September 10, 2019, and recorded on September 23, 2019, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina in Book 5543 at Page 175 (the “Mortgage”).
At the time of the filing of this notice, the premises affected by the said action were situated in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, and are described as follows:
All that piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, and being known and designated as Lot 30 of Whispering Pines Subdivision, according to a plat of Whispering Pines recorded in Plat Book 17 at Page 300 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Pickens County, and by a more recent survey entitled “Survey for Arthur E. Holt & Verle D. Holt”, prepared by Robert R. Spearman, RLS, dated August 5, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Pickens County in Plat Book 29 at Page 3, reference to which Plat is hereby craved for mete and bounds description thereof.
This is the same property conveyed to Eddie Talley and Patricia Talley by Deed of Mark W. Doan and Bethany E. Doan, dated September 17, 1998 and recorded on November 13, 1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina in Deed Book 456 at Page 79.
