2. The property described above is being wrongfully withheld by the defendant, Steven Smith.
3. To the best knowledge of the plaintiff, the property is being withheld by the defendant because:Defendant has failed and refused to make payments on the rental purchase agreement as agreed upon.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Pickens County Planning Commission will meet in regular session and conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 12th, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.
Prior to the regular meeting and public hearing, the Planning Commission will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following item:
1. SDV-19-0005 Darllajo McKenzie-Brown requesting a subdivision variance from the Pickens County development standards regarding the division of property on a non-conforming private residential access and the size of the proposed parcel located on the private access. The subject tract is located at 143 Noble Road, Easley. The property owner of record is Robert William Robinson.
