NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.

Prior to the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will meet in a worksession at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.

The following cases will be heard:

1. BOA-19-0003 Request for a special exception variance from the county total maximum size allowances for wall signs. The property is located at 1470 Smith Grove Road. Applicant and property owner of record is Reliable Automatic Sprinkler.
