Pursuant to Court Decree in Knockout Properties, LLC vs. Scott T. Mann, et al, the Clerk of Court for Pickens County will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder at the Pickens County Courthouse on October 1, 2018 at 11:00 A. M., the following property:
PICKENS COUNTY:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, on the northeast side of Old Easley Bridge Road, and being shown and designated as 0.50 acres, more or less, upon a plat entitled “Closing Survey for Scott T. Mann”, dated December 29, 2006, prepared by Landmark Surveying, of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, SC in Plat Book 568 at Page 16A; reference being hereby made to said plat for a more complete metes and bounds description.
This being the same property conveyed unto Scott T. Mann by deed of Margaret Woods Robinson, dated January 4, 2007, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, SC on January 9, 2007 in Deed Book 1065 at Page 23.
The property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing property taxes.
The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.25%. Also, each successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff at time bid is accepted, will be required to deposit with the Clerk of Court as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check. In the event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with the terms of sale within 20 days, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff’s debt, and the Clerk of Court shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
