The Following mobile home has been abandoned at: 131 Hovey Ln Liberty SC 29657 and been determined to be in a a dilapidated and uninhabitable condition by the Pickens County Building Codes. A petition has been filed in the Pickens County Magistrates office for the removal and destruction of said derelict mobile home.
A Hearing has been scheduled in this matter on October 14th, 2024 at 9:00 AM, at the Pickens county magistrate’s office located at 310 W. Main St., Liberty, SC 29657, (864) 898-5551 to determine if the mobile home can be destroyed.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Pickens County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 23th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC, in the Main Conference Room.
Prior to the public hearing, the Board of Appeals will meet in a work session at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing.
More information is available in the Planning Office in the Department of Community Development and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
