IT IS ORDERED that service in this matter be made on all unknown Defendants, if any, by publishing copies of the Summons, Lis Pendens, Notice of Filing of Complaint, and this Order, in a paper of general circulation in Pickens County, South Carolina, once weekly for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Hunt, P.A., 502 North A Street, Post Office Box 887, Easley, SC 29641-0887, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within this thirty (30) day period, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint and judgment will be taken against you by default.

In the event you are an infant over fourteen years of age or an imprisoned person, you are further summoned and notified to apply for the appointment of a GUARDIAN AD LITEM to represent you in this action within thirty (30) days after the service of this Summons and Notice upon you. If you fail to do so, application for such appointment will be made by the Plaintiff herein.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced, and is pending in this Court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants for the purpose of quieting title to the following property as shown in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina, said property situated in the County of Pickens, State of South Carolina, and described as follows, to-wit:

“All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, City of Pickens, containing 0.159 of an acre, more or less, as shown by plat of T. Craig Keith, Surveyor, dated September 4, 1992; being bounded on the West by Church Street upon which it fronts 95.0 feet; on the East by land now or formerly of Mauldin upon which it fronts 109.0 feet; on the North by land of Maggie Griffin upon which it fronts 66.60 feet; and on the South by land of Holley upon which it fronts 69.93 feet.”

This being the same property conveyed to Ronnie Anderson and Shelia Anderson by deed of Dustin Fowler dated April 16, 2012, and recorded April 16, 2012, in Deed Book 1448 at Page 55, Office of Register of Deeds for Pickens County, SC. Dustin Fowler was conveyed the property by deed of J. Steve Gravely as Delinquent Tax Collector for Pickens County, deed dated November 15, 2011, recorded December 12, 2011, in Deed Book 1424 at Page 31, Pickens County, SC, records, from a tax sale over unpaid taxes by Larnell C. Price. The above is a portion of the property conveyed to Larnell C. Price by deed of Larnell C. Price as Special Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Lee Price recorded in Deed Book 281 at Page 128, Pickens County, SC, records.
