Upon reading the attached Affidavit, it appears to my satisfaction that this is a proper case in which service may be had upon Defendants by publication as authorized by 15-9-730 and 15-9-720 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976).

     IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the Summons and Notice and Service by Publication shall be published in Pickens County Courier, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Pickens, South Carolina, once a week, on the same day of each week, for a period of three consecutive weeks, said publication being hereby designated as the one most likely to give notice to said Defendants.  Any Defendant having a last known address shall be mailed a copy of the Summons and Complaint certified mail\restricted delivery.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending before this Court upon Complaint of the above named Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants, seeking to remove cloud from title to certain real property by reason of a tax deed in his chain of title, which property was, at the time of the commencement of this action and at all times thereafter, including the date of the filing of this notice, situate in Pickens County, South Carolina, and more fully described as follows, to wit:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, being known and designated as Lot Number 9 (9) Revised, Turtle Tracks Subdivision as shown and more fully described on a plat prepared by Michael L. Henderson, PS 6946, dated May 28, 2004, and revised September 3, 2004, and recorded in Plat Book 572, at Page 15 records of Pickens County, South Carolina and having the metes and bounds, courses and distances as upon said plat appear.

This being the identical property conveyed unto Liano, LLC by deed of Southern Homes of the Upstate, Inc., dated February 17, 2009 and recorded February 19, 2009 in Deed Book 1238 page 132 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina.  The Delinquent Tax Collector of Pickens County conveyed the title of Liano, LLC unto David Spencer by Tax Deed dated November 15, 2011 and recorded December 29, 2011 in Deed Book 1427 at Page 246 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County, South Carolina.

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to an Order of the Honorable Perry H. Gravely, Special Referee for Pickens County, issued in the above captioned case, I, Perry H. Gravely, as Special Referee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at or before the Courthouse in Pickens, South Carolina, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Sales Day in March, the same being March 3, 2014, the following described property located in Pickens County, South Carolina:
