NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Court upon complaint of Plaintiff against Defendants to quiet title on property located in Pickens County. The subject property is described as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, in the town of Easley, and known as Lot No. 9 in Block No. 2 of Fairview Heights, plat of which is recorded in the RMC Office at Pickens Court House, said lot fronting fifty (50) feet on Mill Street, running back to a depth of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet and being the same lot conveyed to Willie Glover Edwards by D. C. Garrett, Master in Equity, by deed dated July 4, 1938, recorded in Book of Deeds 4-H, at Page 31 and being the same land conveyed to Julien D. Wyatt by E.P.
