PAUL GORBY; TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($2,390.00) IN US CURRENCT, Civil Action No. 2013-CP-39-1188, Filed September 23, 2014 with the Pickens County Clerk of Court, located at 214 East Main Street, Pickens, South Carolina 29671, and seeking forfeiture of defendant TWO THOUSND THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($2,390.00) IN US CURRENCY. YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to an Order of Kenneth D. Acker, Special Referee for Pickens County, issued in the above captioned case, the Special Referee for Pickens County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at or before the Courthouse in Pickens, South Carolina, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Sales Day in June, the same being June 1, 2015, the following described tract of land located in Pickens County, South Carolina:
“ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Pickens, and being shown and designated as Lots 35 and 36 as shown on a survey prepared by T. H. Walker, Jr., PLS #3812, dated March 20, 1997, and recorded on July 25, 2001 and having such courses, distances, metes and bounds as will be shown by reference to said plat recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Pickens County in Plat Book 426 at Page 8.”
ALSO: one 1994 27X56 Horton Mobile Home, Serial Number H10G085GLR, titled to Melinda Pilgrim (Davis).
This conveyance also includes the right of ingress and egress over any common areas or roads as shown on the referenced plats, surveys or property descriptions located in the subdivision with the right to transfer this right of ingress and egress to any subsequent purchaser.
This being the identical property conveyed unto Melinda Pilgrim by deed of Larry E. Anderson, et al., dated December 19, 2007, and recorded December 20, 2007, in Deed Book 1155 at page 317, Pickens County records.

The terms shall be for cash and the purchaser, or purchasers, shall pay for the deed and stamps. In the event the agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be automatically withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Decree. The bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. The successful bidder shall deposit with the Special Referee a certified check or cash in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid as evidence of good faith. In the event the purchaser fails or refuses to comply with the terms of the sale within twenty (20) days from the date of sale, the deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to the costs and expenses of this action including fee for the Plaintiff’s attorney. Next, any surplus will be held pending further Order of the Court. I shall then re-advertise and re-sell the property upon the same terms on a subsequent Sales Day at the risk of the former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with a sale. The successful bidder other than the Plaintiff will pay interest on the amount of the bid from the date of sale to the date of compliance at the rate of $4.22 a day.
The sale shall be subject to taxes and assessments, to existing easements and restrictions, and to any other senior encumbrances.

BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority against Richard David Crump, I, the Special Referee for Pickens County, will sell on Monday, June 1, 2015, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., at the Pickens County Courthouse, Pickens, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that piece, parcel or lot of land, with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Woodside Mills Village in the town of Easley, Pickens County, South Carolina, and being more particularly described as Lot 177 as shown on a plat entitled “A Subdivision of Woodside Mills, Easley, SC”, made by Piedmont Engineering Service, Greenville, SC, December, 1951, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Pickens County, SC in Plat Book 1920 at Pages 136-137, inclusive according to said plat, the within described lot is also known as 205 South 7th Street and fronts thereon 91.4 feet.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Special Referee for Pickens County at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of the bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff’s debt in the case of non-compliance. If the Plaintiff’s representative is not in attendance at the scheduled time of the sale, the sale shall be canceled and the property sold on some subsequent sales day after due advertisement.
