Edens, Surveyor, dated September 11, 1957, being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at iron pin, the southwest corner of the tract, running thence along lands now or formerly of Cecil Hamilton S 58 – 30 W 105 feet to iron pin; running thence along lands now or formerly of R. R. Porter North 27 – 15 West 105 feet to an iron pin,
