TERMS OF SALE: For Cash: the purchaser shall be required to deposit the sum of five (5%) percent of the amount of bid (in cash or equivalent) as earnest money and as evidence of good faith. TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED: You are hereby summoned and notified that an action has been filed against you in the Pickens County, SC court in action number 2017-CP-39-00974. You have thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of this notice to answer the complaint. You must also serve a copy of your answer upon the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff’s attorney at the address shown below. If you fail to answer the Complaint, judgment by default could be rendered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.
