The Pickens County Planning Commission will have a workshop at 6:00 and then meet in regular session and conduct public hearings on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room at the Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, SC.

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on:

SD-24-0003 – Longview Carolina requested to amend the original approval at 5009-20-91-4211.

LU-24-0005 – 25 Site RV Park at 925 Mile Creek Road, Pickens. TMS# 4150-00-66-0097 and 4150-00-56-2197.
