COLUMBIA — Dr. Tom Dobbins, state director of the Cooperative Extension Service at Clemson University, is the recipient of the Outstanding Professional Service Award presented by the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences at Clemson in concert with its National Agricultural Alumni Board of Directors, according to SC Agri-News Service director John W.
