Easley cuts ribbon on new Doodle Park

City of Easley officials held a long-awaited ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for the city’s new Doodle Parkon Saturday afternoon. The park is situated at 514 Fleetwood Drive, at the trailhead of the Doodle Trail, which connects Easley to Pickens. Mayor Larry Bagwell cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the park, which drew a number of visitors for the event, including county officials and Pickens officials.
