GREENVILLE — Keyed by playing a nearly perfect first quarter, Easley got its second consecutive region win Friday night, defeating Wade Hampton, 34-13.
Easley scored 20 first-quarter points, held Wade Hampton to just one first down in the quarter and blocked a Generals punt.
“It was a good first quarter,” Easley coach John Windham said. “We wanted to get off to a fast start, and we did. Fortunately, we did.”
