Who doesn’t love chips? But potato chips are not the healthiest thing to eat. Good, yes. Fattening, yes.
So just to switch it up, try making your own chips from vegetables. All these recipes are simple.
The ingredients — kale, bananas, beets and butternut squash — take on an entirely new life and make great appetizers, lunch box treats and everyday snacks that are packed with nutrition and delicious.
Best of all, they are almost fat free.
Eat as much as you want without guilt. Enjoy.
